Returning a leased Suzuki in the U.S. – my story
So what happened to the car after it got turned in? Have you looked for it just for the heck of it?

Too bad suzuki didnt just turn all leased vehicle titles over to the owners when they quit.
Seriously. But if they all hit the auctions, I wonder if there's still going to be some popping up? The 2010 and 2011s are done with their 3 year lease, but the 2012 and 2013s will still be coming in the pipeline. And that could mean really nice cheap cars for us.11zukizashi wrote:Too bad suzuki didnt just turn all leased vehicle titles over to the owners when they quit.

Nah - the bank probably picked it up and took it to auction or whatever. I do wonder, though, and hope someone is enjoying it now...SamirD wrote:So what happened to the car after it got turned in? Have you looked for it just for the heck of it?

From all the dealerships that have these cars with fairly low miles, I'm guessing it hit the auction route. I'm sure dealers picked up the cars for a song and then are still making good money on them because of the reputation of the car.
Still have the VIN? You can find out where it is here:Firefly wrote:Nah - the bank probably picked it up and took it to auction or whatever.
