Features: AWD, Navigation (yes)w/traffic alerts, Rockford Fosgate stereo, steering, CVT (yes), leather, backup camera (with sensors), dual zone climate control, heated seats, fog lights, ski bag (w/pass through), homelink, push button start, keyless (smart key) entry, lumbar support, memory driver seat, dimming r/v mirror, etc. , etc. Many of these are not important to others ... I understand, but they are to me and I have utilized each feature numerous times.
Agree with many posters, wouldn't pay extra for the Nav. However, I bought my 2011 SLS AWD a year after it was sold in the USA and I would much prefer having the NAV (although it isn't a great unit) than no NAV. Also, I've never had any problems with my CVT or headlights with almost 50K on the speedo. Maybe I'm just lucky.. but I certainly don't stress the CVT from a standing stop. But yes I drive fast...I just don't start out from a stoplight like I'm a teenager anymore. Would I prefer the manual, yes (I've owned more than a dozen and prefer them) but the tradeoff to get AWD is worth it and I think anyone who goes to sell his/hers in a climate that experiences four (including brutal winters) seasons will appreciate the extra $$$ their vehicle commands for this feature.
Steering is 'almost' as telepathic as the Bimmers I own...and that's the real reason I bought it. Yes, electric pwr steering doesn't beat 'hydraulic' power steering (heavier but w/better feel in 'my opinion') but the Kizzy has a good, make that really good pwr steering unit.
Hope everyone enjoys their Kizashi like I enjoy mine. All the models (S, SE, etc) share the same DNA (steering, 'similar' looks, extensive features//w/each subsequent model after the S adding more to the mix) so I think anyone who criticizes any version other than their own is at best disingenuous and at most 'jealous'.
Take care, enjoy your vehicle, and happy motoring!
