I doubt it. They probably don't even have district or area reps periodically roaming the country. There are no dealerships to check-up on, so there's no point. They're in reactionary mode biding their time.
If you can't prove that this latest issue was present before they started in on tearing your car apart for whatever the original problem (the leak?) was, then I'm afraid what you are experiencing was most likely caused by the service center. Have you tried to contact ASMC and feel them out on this saga yet?
