Real-time Speed Readout on Display Screen?

Hi guys,
I am a Canadian looking to import a Kizashi out of the US, due to the MSRP/currency savings.
Of course the one problem is the speedometer, with such tiny KPH metric on the US-market speedo (obviously).
I have a US Audi Q5 that I imported and the Audi digital display in between the tach and speedo can be configured to display my real time speed in KPH or MPH, which is great.
I see the Kizashi has a digital read out as well - any chance there is a way to make it too show my real time speed in KPH and MPH?
