Anyone ever tried this Vortec cyclone

I heard from a friend with a Dodge set 4 that it matters how close to the engine it goes on to how well of works.
Well he looked under my Hood and said if its gonna work on a carvit would be my Kizasho GTS.
Anyone ever tried it.
It seems like a pretty inexpensive boost to HP and airflow.
Any input would be appriciated.
And we could possibly start listing of as an aftermarket part for our cars.

hmmmm... I did some reading on this a few years ago. I concluded that they were BS then and that is what I'm going to say now.
They are a restriction in your fair flow system. Laminar air flow vs turbulent isn't going to matter much once it is inside the tubing of the air system.
If anything I bet you might see a power and mileage decrease. Feel free to go for it and post the results. I may be wrong, but do your homework before you buy it.

Well I guess that solves that its a waste of money and time thanks for the input
