Streaming music from Blackberry

I can Bluetooth my music files to the car. I can put a USB stick and play files as well. When I connect to Slacker Radio and connect via Bluetooth the sound disappears. I put it through the system and can control song skipping from the steering wheel to the car unit but yet no sound comes forth. I've searched online for solutions and can't find anything to help. Suggestions?

Thanks,

Not familiar with BB's but do you have an option to increase media volume from the phone itself?

Yes, I tried that and there's no audio being 'streamed' but the connection to the application is working as evidenced by the steering wheel controls ability to switch songs etc etc.

Not to come off as a douche bag, but unless it's a company phone, ditch it and grab an android or an iPhone.

I've been tempted, Niterider. I'm self employed and have had BB's for over a decade. The simplicity and ability to not haggle with glitches, taps through useless screens to get where I want, and cost have me staying with it. I had an Android phone that just seemed like a pain. Then it started acting up and I kept having to hard reset. I may buy another just to get with the times!
