Guys, this is my first post. I have a 2011 Kizashi SLS. No mods thus far, so any recommendations?

Welcome and sweet SLS you have there. I have a 12 SLS also an I put chrome door handles on it to match the chrome accent and pinstripes that really set it off. It looks good in deep sea blue and I'm sure the black will make it pop!!! Oh yeah I forgot to mention that I had the windows tinted also....35%.

Looks hot!
That's exactly what I'm trying to track down..well almost exactly. I assume you have the CVT, but I know the SLS exists with the 6MT during the 2011 model year. Finding an SLS with the manual is kinda like finding bigfoot, there are eyewitness accounts and even mysterious videos (Roadfly.com review but finding one in the wild for sale could take a person the rest of their life..

Car looks great!
Few things to do:
- make sure your alignment is good
- debadge the car
- detail and coat your car in opticoat or c quarts finest
- tint windows; I recommend formula one pinnacle tints 35%

Yeah, I've never really understood the urge to debadge cars...except for dealer badges/stickers of course, and maybe the extra stuff like "AWD". I've seen some pics of completely debadged Kizashi's and it looks too bare to my eyes....but I saw one that left the rear "S" and it looked pretty good that way.
If it's simply to make people guess about what type of car it is, that's going to happen badges or no badges.

Agreed. Not a big fan of debadging either. A lot of mid 1990's to mid 2000's Subaru Imprezas were debadged, but I never did it to mine. I imagine it was something accidentally started by some guy in Japan who debadged to prep his car for painting. He got lazy and never put the letters back after the paint job. It then started a trend there that spilled over to the US with all the JDM fanboys. That's my theory on debadging Jap cars.

Just now noticing how dirty the car is. I'll take clean pics tomorrow. Also realizing you can see my sister in the passenger seat. But yes, I have the CVT. This was the last SLS at the dealership, so lucky grab I guess. Bought it a couple months before Suzuki announced they'll be pulling out of the US. I can't really think of what to do with the car now. I wanted to smoke out those darn orange monstrosities on the side, but after that, not so sure. I'll look into some of the suggestions you guys have given me.

I can't grasp why on earth anyone would allow the manufacturer to advertise on their car without paying a monthly fee. I've been debadging cars since I bought my first one in 1976.

I've never thought of manufacturer logos and model names as free advertising, but some makes do go a little overboard listing features/trim level in the form of badges/stickers. For example, in high school I had an 85 Corolla GTS that had a large "Twin-cam 16" graphic along the bottom of the door sills...way over the top. As far as the Kizashi goes, the only badges that are excessive are the "AWD" and the actual spelled out Suzuki on the drivers side rear. The "S" logo and Kizashi name are perfectly fine imo..
