I don't know what people are paying for SLS but that seems decent when I compare it to what I paid for my GTS, 6 MT.

Looks good to me.
I really need to go over my sales agreement. I think my sales price on an SE was right around $21,000. They really fanangled the numbers because I traded in a car that I still owed on. My original trade in was 7000 for a 9700 payoff. (major upside down). Then as I walked away, it was like a miracle happened. I was not able to get into the GTS at the cost I wanted, but there was an identical SE that they wanted me to look at.
As I looked over my paper work, they ended up giving me 10,700 for my trade, plus they paid my first month. I put ZERO down and it shows that I put over $2700 down. Either way I am pretty happy with both the car and the deal and that's all that matters - YOU need to be happy with the deal!
The ONLY thing I think I miss on the GTS that is not available on the SE is the Blue tooth. I can add that if I wish though...
Good Luck!
