Opening Windows & Sunroof with your key fob

Is anyone aware of this feature being possible? I discovered the feature on fathers mondeo and my step mum's audi Q7.

The kizashi is up to the mondeo's standards and i believe it should have this wonderful feature as it is coming up to summer in Australia and i would like to have my windows and sunroof open before i get into the car, after being at the beach.

Input is greatly appreciated! thanks!

I don't think the Kizashi has this feature.

Any way to program it?

Nothing sexier looking than a clean, shiny, black Kizashi!

Do the Mondeo and Audi have dedicated buttons on the remote control?

I'd be guessing you'd require a lot of wiring and extra remote to do it on the Kizashi? I know you can get that sort of thing added on as an aftermarket accessory, but having two remotes would suck.

maybe if u install a remote start you can have that feature.. most remote starts have up to 3 aux outputs so that u can program those wires to do w.e u like. (ex.) turn on heat, roll down windows, turn on radio, Rear defogger, etc

Yeah that's a really cool feature to have but Kizashi doesn't seem to have it :( Also it'd be nice if it had "follow-me-home" option where the headlights/rears stay on for 30sec to light up the drive way so you can see to unlock your home entry door (it'd be great not to have to use of those LED key chain lights)

That should be a lot easier to implement than the sunroof. Do other vehicles that have that function basically keep the headlights on for that time period after the ignition is turned off? Or does it work off the doors being locked?

In the BMW, to activate "follow-me-home"; after the ignition has been turned off, you need to press the flasher (high beams) once and the headlights and rear brake lights are on for 30 seconds (or longer if you program it). It's a really useful option, wish the Kizashi came with it :(
