NickL... Did you ever get a new head unit - or check out the DDX-8017 on eBay? That (NEW) one that was pulled from that 05-06 Lambo Murcielago sold a day or two after I replied to you on here. ALSO.... another nice unit- not quite as INSANELY high-end as the Excelon 8017 I have now (which has THREE sets of 5V preouts- so sweet!)--- albeit, it's the same gen Double Din, DVD, etc... (or "body-style" as I say 
) Kenwood Excelon. It was called the DDX-7015, and is def a suitable replacement for our cars. Hard to find now- BRAND NEW IN THE BOX - Sold for $199 plus $30 shipping. Nice price for that as well. I almost bought it to have em both. Lol
