Does anybody else have this problem?

Anything related to the Kizashi can go here, but please look at the other headings first. Your topic may fit better under something else.

I get a annoying pulsing vibration when turning left over 40 mph, nothing at all going right. It is a small but annoying vibration it's as if something is rubbing but I assure you there isn't anything rubbing. I've had it aligned and re-aligned and no change.
Tires are balanced and inflated to 40 psi and no unusual signs of tire wearing the wrong way. What else could cause this? I'm clueless. Please help!

Sounds like a wheel bearing issue especially if it's prevalent on one side when turning.
What's the mileage?

That's long enough for faulty wheel bearings to go out.
While the ones in my Kizashi are sound, I've had wheel bearings go bad in as little as 20K in my Mazda3. These were OEM, dealer-installed bearings too and were the replacements for the originals that went out at 60K or so. Not surprisingly, these were FoMoCo-designed (Thanks Ford, for your %$@*!).
Having lost faith in Ford-sourced garbage, I bought aftermarket wheel bearings made by TIMKEN and had them installed at 1/3 the price the Mazda dealer wanted for their junk.

Your description sounds like one of the wheel bearings is going out and unfortunately, it looks like you're out of the warranty.

A TIMKEN Front Wheel Bearing & Hub Assembly is going for $205 each on rockauto.com.

That being said, I'd definitely get it checked by a professional first and really see if your warranty is in fact expired.

I noticed your car was an AWD... Don't know about the Kizashi, but check out this thread for the AWD SX4. I just had this happen to me this week...

and this one:

I pray this isn't your issue, but I thought I'd throw it out there. It's been a bit of a nightmare for me...

Wow these are expensive, $205 each. Is there anyway I can figure out if it's front or rear, left or right? I hear the noise when turning left but not right would that mean it's the left side that's bad? I can only afford to fix 1 right now. I'd hate to get the wrong one. Thanks for the links and help so far, it is sounding like the bearings and not the u joint or driveshaft.

yeah, now that I read it more slowly, I noticed you have the issue when you turn and not when you're driving strait. Disregard!

Yup, sounds like left side is bad. My guess is that it's the front.
It's best to get a professional opinion so you don't waste your money on something that wasn't actually the issue. Installation of the wheel bearing hub may even need professional installation. My Mazda required a shop press to get the wheel bearing hub installed so I took my car and my new TIMKENs to a local shop and they installed them.

You can check each wheel for play with the vehicle lifted. Vertical play is usually an indicator of faulty wheel bearings. You can also spin each wheel and listen for grinding
