Wondering if there are any pics of kizashis with different tire sizes. It time to get tires. Wondering how something different would look. Thinking its only about .5in. different. Any thoughts?

I put 245/45r18 all 4 in winter. It's okay.

I too put 245/45-18 all around. I doubt if you'd really be able to see the difference, it's pretty subtle. Less than half an inch width, less than half that in height.

Don't know what the different sizes would do to the ABS and ESC systems, would the computer interpret this as wheel slip?

Well OK then, I was also wondering about the ESC and abs, so thanks woodie. Also do either of you have pics of the kiz with the 245s on it? Also do you notice any more sluggish acceleration because of the weight and diameter differences?

If you're awd, I wouldn't try doing a staggered setup like that as it could mess up the awd system.

Going larger all around would probably feel roughly the same since the diameter doesn't change much. What will probably be a bigger factor will be the tire itself.

Don't have a picture since I changed them, and I doubt if you would discern any difference, just as I couldn't feel any difference. They're 10mm wider, less than half an inch, and 9mm taller. As SamirD pointed out, the difference between the horrid worn out factory tires and nice fresh new tires was far more than the difference in size. The odometer and mileage guesser are closer to being accurate.

Good grief, do I have the word difference in here enough?
