Install couldnt have been any easier once the bumper is off. removing and installing the bumper is a pain though. I needed to replace a burned out led in the headlight too.

You don't absolutely need to remove the bumper to install the horns. You can just remove the lower panel under the bumper to access the fog lights and the horns. http://www.kizashiclub.com/forum/viewto ... =32&t=2329
However, I know you removed the bumper to access the headlights as well.
