Today's mistake. Ugh.

Well today I decided to wash my Kizashi. Not a bad idea considering how dirty it was. I decided to purchase some turtle wax and megulars wheel/rim cleaner on my way home. I began washing my car and everything went smoothly as usual. I then proceeded to spray the rim cleaner on my wheels and bam! the silver just began to disappear right before my eyes.
If anyone knows the color used on the rims, please let me know!

. It doesn't have to be the exact but anything close. I've decided that I should sand them down and try to repaint them with the help of my uncle. The middle is where the silver went away....

Oh no! I had used a wheel brush at a local car wash near me with a cleaner and my wheel's finish got eaten up over a 24hr time span. So there are white patches on mine. Been killing me since the beginning of spring. Getting a set of wheels painted to replace them as my summer rims. And switch to my current as winter runners.

Why the hell did that happen. I used to used to use a pre wash wheel cleaner on my Kizi every time I washed it, and that never happened. I am sure you have the same over there, but we have companies that specialise in alloy wheels here. They would charge about £30 a wheel ($45)

Holy shit! So the Meguiars wheel cleaner did that?!
1Z makes a silver wheel paint that's a perfect match on European wheels. Might be similar to the Kizashi's too?

@paininthenuts I have no idea why it happened. I've always used tire cleaner on my previous cars and this never happened. @bootymac yep it did. I have got to get this fixed fast. It's bothering me.
