Is anyone else having a 'problem' with the trunk inner (rear/side)cover not staying in place properly?

Not a very big deal, but would like to see it fixed :)

It can be put back in place, but a slight bump from something laying loose in the trunk will 'pop' it back to this position...
How is this supposed to be fit? How doe it keep it's distance from the bodywork ?

picture 2 is how it looks like under the bottom cover.

My car also has a gap like that with the floor cover. I don't see it anymore since I got a trunk liner though.

The thread I wrote about it. It has worked just fine so far, has carried things from groceries to spare tires without issue. Is holding up well.
