Yes it's Kenwood. I believe this is the model: (DNN770HD)

I'd go with this myself, with Apple CarPlay:

DDX9702S

And the Metra kit looks better than the Scosche. Unless you can nab an OEM double din kit with that splash of piano black on the bottom.

Actually the "stock" navigation headunit that came with the Kizashi Sport SLS pre-2013 was a Kenwood DNX6020. Not something you can buy new anymore, but perhaps can get off eBay. The one in the link is a newer Kenwood unit.

That being said, there are better units out now, so i would look into getting whatever is on the market now.

Pretty soon, if not already, maps are going to be a hot commodity in paper form. I still have maps from 30 years ago. Christ, I certainly hope there isn't a catastrophic GPS failure.

That or google map the trip before ya leave. I have a Garmin and the stupid thing is constantly trying to direct me into congestion or take me out of my way. It NEVER agrees with the routes I take as I'm driving. It isn't until the last 10-15% of a trip that it finally gets on-board and aligns with my pre-determined and frequently travelled routes. I constantly test the stupid thing and it repeatedly disappoints. I suppose it's good for the sheep to follow non-the-less.

Google Maps is wonderful, never needs updating, directs you around traffic jams, works in every car I get into, or if I'm walking down the street. I really don't understand why you would want to pull out one of the best stereos ever to replace it with a mediocre stereo and a mediocre navigation unit.
