Found this article from a few days ago. It focuses on whether buying orphan cars from brands that are no longer in business can be a wise thing. It mentions the Kizashi with praise, suggesting that it's a great car for someone who wants something fun to drive, but practical with 4 doors.
The discussion of whether to buy a Kizashi or not has come up a number of times on this forum, but I think most of us (and some auto journalists) agree that the Kizashi is a rewarding car offered for some very good deals on the used market.

I wonder if a reader of that piece would be as skeptical about the great-deal-orphan Kizashi as buyers were about new Kizashis when they were on the market. Thanks for posting.

Exact reasons I bought my manual Kiz. 7/100 warranty, no CVT (no AWD either, but heck that's what my Pilot is for) and it was cheap!

I needed the CVT unfortunately because of where I live , Needed the awd. had to get rid of my 2002 explorer as it was rotting away and costing way to much to keep going...
