Is there any message that comes up on the screen? Have to ask but I'm pretty sure you would have included that. Might be BCM. But I'd try disconnecting the battery first to reset all the computers. Make sure your key fob battery is good.

Do you or someone you know have a voltmeter (multimeter) to check the voltage of the battery? It should be at least 12.6V. If the battery is lower than that, your alternator is probably bad. If it's higher, you probably have a bad starter.

When is the last time you went to an Authorized Suzuki Service Dealership? Your condition may benefit from a reflash of the Engine Control Module.

I know you said you bought a new battery. You are checking it to find out if your alternator or starter is bad.

It sounds like your solenoid is bad or faulty you could do an amperage draw and a voltage drop test to find out for sure, but you will need an DVOM and a amp clamp. Or you could take it into an auto parts store and they will test it for free. Hope this helps.

Have someone check to see if the brake lights come on when you press the brakes. If not the switch behind the brake petal is out of alignment or broken.

I am taking it to get checked out on monday. The guy said it might be the starter but he will have to do a full check to be exact. Will let you all know the outcome.

Thanks for all the help.

Appreciated.
