This past weekend I went and looked at a 2013 GTS that was at local Honda dealership. (they were asking way too much at $16K) It did not have the Rockford-Fosgate sound system. I thought all GTS and SLS models had the RF system in them. The one that was installed was not factory because it had a GPS head unit of some unknown manufacture. It also sported a backup camera. Did some GTS not come with the RF sound system?

I believe in 2012 and/or 2013 Suzuki switched to a different mfg. for the GTS/SLS which included a head unit that incorporated a 'screen' of sorts for GPS.

All GTS models regardless of the model year should have come with the Rockford Fosgate sound system. However, keep in mind that the RF system is comprised of the speakers and the amp. The head unit isn't a RF product. Hence, you could have the nav or no nav with the RF speakers and amp.
My guess is that the previous owner put in an aftermarket navigation system with a rear back-up camera but the actual speakers and amp are likely still the original RF set-up.
The speaker covers on the doors should also say "Rockford Fosgate".

Appears to have the RF speakers and amp as Kuro stated based upon the door's speaker grill.

No sub-woofer and no RF labels anywhere. The bezels around the head unit did not look stock.

Thanks for this. There's no mention of the RF system in the SLS trim features. Only in the GTS-L FWD trim package that replaces the nav unit with the RF system. No mention of it anywhere else.

I've heard that Suzuki started to gut the features on the higher spec Kizashis to lower their price in the later model years. I think this is a product of it. I have a 2011 or 2012 Kizashi brochure like the one linked here, but the features on the various trims are different. I know Suzuki started to delete features and even stopped offering the manual transmission in all but the base S model in its last year in the US.
