Busy week or so for myself & the Kizashi!
We went up to my homeland of the Isle of Lewis last week from Glasgow which was about 250 miles. Made it a late night journey, so the roads were nice & empty, I was just able to cruise along nicely & not use up too much fuel, I was in no rush! :)

Had a fun few days seeing the family again, was also my Grandparents 50th Wedding Anniversary, so of course we had a party for that!
Next day though I was back on the ferry again heading to the mainland for the 155 mile trip from Ullapool to Oban!
Made a few stops beside Loch Ness along the way, wasn't the best of days but good enough for some pictures, never got a glimpse of the monster though I'm afraid!

Out working on the Isle of Barra at the moment, not much opportunity to go for a spin I'm afraid!

It was an incredible phenomenon!

Hi Craig,
Your Kizi is looking good and Scotland in the background is looking great.
Who says we don't have great beaches and blue skies.

Can't beat the Islands (biased I know), on a summers day there is few places I would rather be!

Hi Craig.
Just traded in my super black 62 plate Kizashi for a 14 plate mineral grey Kizashi with only 2800 miles on the clock. Mint condition. Nearly kept the black one for the wife. Great car, still don't know why they didn't advertise it properly, think they were embarrassed it was so good.
Happy motoring.

In the UK the year of the car can be determined by the number plate. The 3rd and 4th digit on this car are 63, which means it was registered between September 2013 and march 2014. The next set of digits would be 14, which means registration would be between April 2014 and September 2014. The one after would be 64 etc etc

I live in the UK, and used to be in Milton Keynes, where the head office is. I knew one of the directors, who had one as a company car. He believed that the Kizi was the best car Suzuki ever made, but the company made little attempt to market it. They only brought in 506, which meant that marketing the car properly wouldn't be cost effective, which sort of tells you that bringing them in at all was a bit silly. If they had brought in a manual, and a diesel version, I am sure it would have been a success.

Sounds like you got a nice deal there!
Should have kept the Black one for the wife, would have been a good looking driveway!

I'm on a little holiday now to visit my family on the Isle of Lewis!
We've had some nice weather for a change, so I've done plenty of exploring & picture taking!
Here is a couple snaps of the Kizashi visiting my home land! :)
