Who else uses early- or mid-corner road imperfections to set up the suspension and/or steering to help blast through corners?

If it's a corner I'm familiar with, yeah.

What tires you running this winter?

I wish it had fresh snow tires, but my well-worn (insert crazed laughter here) Michelins are still keeping me safe.

Worn but still round.....

Maybe.

So as I was enjoying a nice leisurely drive yesterday I considered my personal driving since I was just cruising. I was in the 2--4 tenths zone, just moving along easily.
This started because my wheels felt square, so I washed them thoroughly and tested. 100MPH+ all very smoothly.

But back to my thinking: Then a more 'challenging' section arrived, and my zone bumped into the 8--9 tenths range. Then even harder.
I ran out of car (the 'road' was so heaved that I got the CD to skip twice within a mile).
My skills allowed a higher pace but the car did not.

I normally cruise around in that 2--4 tenths zone, but in a blink I can go bat-guano-crazy, and usually run out of car before my personal very particular set of skills.

Not always; I can still scare that guano right outta me
