I have a 2010 Kizashi S. My stock radio does not contain bluetooth. I'm wondering if I could buy a 2011 bluetooth version and install that in my car? Would the bluetooth work as far as music streaming goes?

If you're in the US, the only units that offer Bluetooth Audio Streaming are the Rockford Fosgate units without the navigation.
Personally, I think getting a Bluetooth FM transmitter is the better solution if you really only care for the audio streaming.

My 2013 SE has the "standard" stereo w/Bluetooth (non-Rockford, non-Nav), and I can stream audio over Bluetooth just fine. You just choose the 'BT' source on the radio.

If you also want to add Bluetooth calling you might need more things (steering wheel controls, microphone(s) ???). Not sure if the wiring for these exist by default or would need to be added.

I thought about this too. The phone controls are on the steering wheel. The mic is next to the overhead light. You can check to see if the mic or wiring is there by removing the screw that holds the overhead apparatus in place (you can see the screw if you lower the sunglasses holder). After the screw is out, pull out the apparatus that contains the lights and check the wiring.

It appears the radio in my car is the part number 39101-57L21 (labeled 'PA57L2' on the face plate below the CD tray). I had not realized how deeply unusual it was, as it appears that it may have only come with the 2013 SE AWD models (in 2013 only the AWD SEs got Bluetooth, and only the FWD SEs got a power seat)

I use a Bluetooth FM Transmitter in my 2010 S and it works great.
