So I have a 2013 suzuki kizashi sls and my steering wheel controls on the left side don't work (volume, mode button). I changed the steering wheel completely and it still does not work. Does anyone know what other solutions there is?

Did you check wiring and possible fuses? Maybe a loose harness?

you need a steering wheel puller and 2 long bolts bolted on your steering wheel and then with the help of a steering puller you can take it out.something like this

Above is the correct way. I cheat and just loosen nut 2 turns and place feet firmly on the floor and pull and wiggle steering wheel.
