I’ve been looking on various websites to try to determine the build year of my car? The information given and my actual VIN don’t seem to correlate at all. Is this a Suzuki thing or am I reading it wrong?

Tenth digit in is your year of official manufacture.

There should be a placard on the driver's side door frame that states the tire pressure for the vehicle. That placard also lists where the car was made, month and year of manufacture, and the paint code. However, I'm not certain whether this placard is the same for Euro-spec vehicles.

The tenth character represents the year and will never be a 0 or an O. Yet right there in yours is a 0, makes no sense.

Also, keep in mind that 2010 cars are built from August of 2009 through June of 2010.

Nothing like this anywhere on the vehicle? Ours are located on the bottom of the driver's side 'B' pillar. (passenger side in the UK). Maybe under the bonnet somewhere? 10th digit in my VIN is 'A' indicating 2010 which is correct.
