Need your help identifying a part

Saw this part on a scrapped Kizashi, my car dosen't have it. Just below the front crash bar ahead of the radiator (pics attached)
What is it and should I buy it to put on my car?

radiator for CVT transmission if your car is manual, no you don't need it.
