Maybe a little, but warranty work doesn't really mess up resale like other things. I wouldn't be scared of a car with warranty work.

@Moto thanks for your comments....anyway I am happy the problem got noticed early and once fixed I can drive long distances with more confidence...however, now I cannot strongly recommend others purchasing this car.

@ Blackbelt...
I guess both have got same transmission mounted....
However, my last of 450 miles was without problem.....
I am curious if others have felt cvt stuck in high gear ratios after trying to accelerate car rapidly...

Ours has a 10/09 date and was the 82nd car built. We have never had even a hick-up out of anything, not even a paint chip anywhere. The radio system works great and the speakers sound fine. I understand these first cars (first 125)were special built for the dealers "show room introduction" so they were inspected closely and almost hand assembled. Best of luck to the future. I'm sure your dealer came resolve any problem.

When the factory representative was out and reviewed my concerns about the possible paint he informed me ours was the 82nd car produced. This came from paperwork he had with him. He also indicated it was manufactured for the initial introduction of the Kazishi for the dealer therefore special attention was given certain items i.e. upholstery fit, paint quality, and smoothness of driving etc.. We purchased it off the showroom floor. They did not actually want us to take it, but money is money. We traded in our 2000 Cadillac Eldorado so they had no other chose. :D
