Has anyone replaced factory with the HID kit yet?? If so hoow long did it take you?? Is there an easier way to replace bulbs than taking off the whole bumper? I can't believe that this the only way to change headlights, turn signal bulbs etc.

Yes. About 4 hours since it was my first time. Someone did change without removing the bumper, but removing the bumper is really easy. Check out the DIY section for more info.
