My Kizzy came with Red Wood Dash with Beige interior.

The wood looks good on the pictures from the link, BUT - how much of a job is to replace the stock panels with the wood ones?

newworld2004 - what was the wood type you used - rosewood?

Also, per my previous post, how difficult was it to replace the panels?

I didn't install my self, dealer did it, it was actually came with the car with other accessory , and I beileve is Redwood Burl Dash Trims .

AFAIK it sticks on top of the original panels.
