Hi,
I've got a 2010 Kizzy CVT with 30000K and need to service. I think Suzuki does not have a factory service center and service needs to be done by dealers.
Need some advise from fellow Kizzy owners in Sydney for a service place.
Thanks in advance
TJ
Kizzy Service in Sydney
Wonson92 might be able to help out, I know he's from the area and had some good and bad experiences.
PS: It seems it pays to shop around as I'm comparatively paying a lot less in Adelaide than some Sydney dealers are charging him for the same services.

Mate, am in Parramatta, the Kizzy was purchased in SEP 2010 and has 5 years extended warranty
I assume your dealer is Noble Suzuki? I just had my 30,000km service done at Hornsby. They considered it a 'major' service though I didnt see anything major about it. I paid $420ish but they quoted me $560 or something like that until I questioned why it was so much. I was told $175 a service so I wasnt thrilled. I have had some issues with them honoring the warranty, so far ive had two repairs done under warranty of about 4 that I think should have been all under warranty though they did just replace my whole right strut hassle free so theyre not all bad. I wouldnt recommend Hornsby, they once left the coolant lid off after a service which caused a huge hassle. 70% of the staff are nice people but the other 30% are arse holes including the branch manager who has verbally abused me twice now.
If you werent fussed about the extra 2 years servicing you could revert to a 3 year warranty and have it done elsewhere by a specialist -MRT and Suzitech come to mind (most likely to a higher standard for cheaper!)
Ive dealt with Penrith on the phone (maybe you go there instead of noble?) And they seem a lot more knowledgeable and willing to help out but im in Hornsby so its a long way for me to go for a service.

Coref1, thanks for the reply, I've got the service done thru suzitech, maybe will try Noble or MRT. Cheers
No worries. The Suzuki service area also looks after Kia. The service area is small but they're friendly and helpful. I also got a four wheel alignment done at Noble for $55 which was done across the road at the Toyota service area.
