Bottom line is that when anything of any significance happens to our cars they're going to total them. Parts prices way too high, actual market value way too low. Stay safe out there. Mine spent the last 4 weeks in the relatively warm, dry, safe garage while the Heep took the crappy winter driving. Jeeps are a dime a dozen while my Kizashi is irreplaceable.

Well, that sucks. At least everyone was safe. It's quite disappointing that cars get easily totaled these days, but it's really airbag deployment that does it. Best of luck finding a replacement car.

'91 Mercedes-Benz 300E 2.6. Nice and straight, with low-ish K's and runs pretty smooth. Can't complain too much.
