car at 150000km.Last week I saw some oil leakage so I decided to change the head cover gasket. and also back to 3 years ago I hand tight 2 of head cover bolts hard and broke those bolts.
follow the instruction in the Service manual.
Parts needed:
- 11178-69G01-000 BOLT,CYL HEAD COVER
- 11189-78K00-000 Gasket,cylinder head cover

notes:
- after comparing the old gasket with the new one I must say the old one becomes stiff.
- use Mazda RTV silicone sealant instead of Sealant 99000–31260 (SUZUKI Bond No.1217G)
- remove the broken bolt by bolt screw extractor

Just performed this same thing today. No more oil drip on the power steering pump. I actually had to flat file on the left side (if looking at the engine from the front) in the front where two pieces mate together; it wasnt even close to flat.
