Hey,

So I just made the mistake of spending like an hour typing out the entire story behind getting my Kizashi and not copying the text before clicking a button to reload the page... Here's the abridged version...

Three weeks ago, I bought a Pearl White 2011 Suzuki Kizashi SE w/iAWD for $17K. Her name is "Azumi" and she had 126 miles when I got her, as well as a 7 year warranty.

Try to check the driver's manual before getting any car from a dealership. Azumi does not have a back-up sensor/camera or automatic headlights, both of which I wanted her to have. Check the manual for a list of the features the car MAY have, and make sure the car you are looking at has all the features you desire. If it doesn't, try to get the dealership to put it in before you buy it. Don't make the mistake I did of signing the piece of paper that says: "Buys Car As Is" when there is something you want not on the car.

Gas mileage is a little on the sad side for a 4-cylinder too...

Other than that, I've been loving Azumi. I just got done doing the suggested Breaking-In actions, she just rolled 800 miles, and I've have been enjoying every minute of it. Her handing is superb, and the sporty-feeling steering wheel is awesome! I love feeling the solid connection with the pavement she has when I accelerate through a turn in 2nd gear, and how stable she is while tearing through on-ramps to get on the highway. I wish she had the manual transmission, but I needed to get something my girlfriend could drive as well, and the 6 speed CVT is pretty stellar (as long as you aren't trying to accelerate in 6th... shift down yo). I hope to spend the next 10+ years with her.

Hi. Welcome.

The features you wanted are available on the top of the line SLS trim.
The trim line for the US goes in the following order; S (base), SE (only in CVT), GTS, and then SLS. In 2011, the GTS and the SLS became the Sport models with different wheels, side sills, and a 10mm suspension drop among other things.

I also like the name for your car.

Yeah, I was just a little surprised that she didn't have those features was all. Especially when I told the salesman I got her from that I didn't think she had any backup assists. He told me some story that the base model FWD Kizashi he was parking somewhere at the dealership beeped at him when he got too close to something. It wasn't until I was reading through the driver's manual did I discover that there's supposed to be a button where the traction control button left of the steering wheel is that you can press to turn the backup sensors On/Off; and Azumi definitely does not have that button.

And thank you for the compliment about her name. :)
