At 130,000 miles now, I changed the manual trans fluid last weekend. I used MT-90, largely because I had about half a quart left over so I only had to purchase two new quarts. I also forgot the last time I changed it but this thread serves like a journal. Shifting is improved with the new fluid but I might need to put in a tad bit more. Thankfully, I found some more MTL in the garage after the fluid change.
