I previously got new sensors and successfully got the system to learn them without any tools.
I thought there was a writeup somewhere.. I sold my gts years ago but just bought an S because I've always wanted a manual.
Anyway if I remember correctly the procedure is the same except that the sensors get activated manually ; use a tool or safe object to release air pressure rapidly from each tire.. For about 10 seconds full blast. The pressure drop activates the sensors.
