What’s everyone’s experience with this recall? I don’t think I ever got a notice about it, as it was right after I got my ‘13 GTS Sport with a CVT. Has anyone experienced the TCM failing as described?

If your VIN is affected by this recall, I'd get it dealt with sooner rather than later. Call ASMC and find out if the recall applies to you, and, if the your car has already been taken care of before you obtained it. If not, they can direct you to the nearest Service Center to have the recall work performed.
