I searched for but didn’t see any threads about Suzuki or other make cross compatibly.

I know many auto makers use a lot of the same parts across their models, even spanning different manufacturers. Is there a list of parts somewhere?

If not I’d like to start one. Do you guys know of any parts that are the same?

I'm not sure what the part numbers are, but the Kizashi uses a Jatco CVT that's probably shared by some Nissan vehicles.

It was determined that the Kizashi uses the same fog light as a Toyota Yaris of the same model year. If you have fog lights and ever damage them, search for and buy a new one for a Toyota Yaris and you'll pay less than a used one from a junked Kizashi.

Indeed, the OEM fog light comes from VALEO, part number: 88970

OEM Akebono front brake pads cod: ACT1338 for the kizashi also fits perfect in a Nissan Maxima, Rogue, Juke Nismo RS...
May be another brand or model too.

The Akebono ASP1338 is the High Performance option.

Would it bolt right up to same engine? Plug and play?

Probably not as it may have a different housing to mate to the Suzuki engine. Also, the programming of the CVT would likely be different from the other vehicles that used the same CVT as they were Nissan and Mitsubishi CUVs.

That's a good point. I didn't even think about the ECU programming for the CVT.
