Welcome.

I have not tried the E3 plugs. I tend to stick with NGK Iridium IX plugs as they are affordable but offer iridium durability.

Generally, spark plugs don't really do anything about adding power. Good ones merely maintain optimal performance for longer. This is why metals like platinum and iridium are used. They simply last longer and maintain the optimal gap between the center and ground electrodes.
People often misinterpret the added power after a tune-up as a gain when in fact, it's more like a restoration of efficient sparking.
I have personally experimented with this and compared new iridium plugs vs. new copper plugs. There was no performance difference. The only notable difference in performance was from going from old plugs to new plugs.

In fact, I have even read that some tuners prefer traditional copper plugs as they give off a larger spark, but of course don't last as long.

I am not sure what the Kizashi comes with from the factory, but if they are iridium or even platinum, they should have more life left at 30,000 miles. The 30k tune up interval was for copper plugs from yesteryear, kind of like the 3000 mile oil change.

Wow, not a lot left to say after KuroNekko got done. All the claims of fancy spark plugs are bullcrap, no plug is going to give you more power or economy.

Kizashi comes with iridium/platinum plugs which last 60K miles. You could take them out, clean them, put some anti-seize on the threads and re-install, but that's overkill and is just going to make you feel good.
