every time error code is generated, ECU starts gathering information about the current state of your engine, for example, coolant temp, engine RPM, ... this information then stored in ECU along with error code this is called freeze-frame. but in order to read that freeze-frame you need special kind of scan tool.
but I agree, start by doing some cleaning throttle and MAF sensor hopefully problem gone.
