Kizashi Club

Hey folks,

Does anyone know how much weight can be pulled by the front tow ring on a 2011 sls? I recently moved to a snow heavy area and I have great winter tires. Had a neighbour need to pull out of a snow bank but I wasn't sure if the kizashi could handle it. I have a 10,000lb tow rope as well. Is this something that I should be able to do?

I think the tow ring is more sturdy than the grip of your tires as long as you apply steady pressure and don't do any snatching.

Id rather not see you stressing that cvt transmission . Is there no other vehicle around?

Oh yeah, wasn't thinking of that. If you have an automatic, then don't do it.
