just got my Pioneer AVH-P4100DVD installed today. i kept the ipod plug in the factory location. witch wasn't easy so i dont recomend it. overall it looks and sounds great

Looks good. I'm in the process myself, of installing a 2DIN Pioneer in my 2011 Kizashi. It took some work finding all the harnesses and adapters. Im just waiting now for the steering wheel control adapter to get here, then I can finish it. Mine came with no stereo. They tell me the 7 speakers are installed though. I guess we'll see.

it was fairly easy to install. except for the ipod adapter. when you take the factory ipod adapter out the square cover wont go back on so you must glue it. it was a real pain. The seven speaker is the standard system. that's what mine came with

Yeah, I don't have an iphone or adapter, so it should be easier. I've been almost 3 weeks without any tunes, so I can't wait until it's done.

@ RoyBoy.... where'd you get your steering wheel control adapter from? I'm having a 1DIN put in & i'd like for to use the steering wheel control- being as I have the manual.

I got it from ebay. It is a PAC SWI-PS. Just type that in the search and you should be able to find it. I'm probably not use the 1 that I bought, just because you have to splice wires. The instructions were kind of confusing. I'm trying to get ahold of them now, to get a refund.

My model pioneer isn't compatable with steering wheel controlls.
