We've discussed the best and pretty interesting ones. Now let's talk about the worst.
What ads have you seen that are just awful?

These are my nominees. One is for Nissan and is from Japan. The other is for Toyota and is from the US.

I also think that Japanese car ads in the US are often boring while JDM counterparts are more interesting. The Japanese ads often tie in pop culture into the ads. For example, Subaru release the ad below for the Forester in Japan. It features CG from the hit animations series "Attack on Titan". The US also has ads for the Forester. One person bothered to compare the JDM ad with the USDM ad side-by-side to show how different the ads for the same car can be.

Here's the JDM Forester ad:

This commercial for the Ford Sport Ka is one of the most messed up things I've ever seen in my entire life.

Warning! If you like cats, you're probably not going to like this video. A LOT.

I remember seeing the Toyota commercial, and vowing to never buy a Camry after seeing it.

The GM video was messed up, but not terribly surprising. If they treat their robots so bad the robots get nightmares, imagine how they treat their human employees? Then image how that affects the quality of the cars they release.

On a side note, how do you get the video to embed in your posts? I tried using the tags but I couldn't figure out what the correct "long URL" was.

I just copy the address from the address bar, but you need to remove the "s" after "http" to embed.
