The day this thread starting I tried communicating directly with the company via email, and to this day no response. Sorry, I don't care if they say the flash is going get my car to shoot flames out the exhaust and propel me into outer space. There is something to be said about professionalism in business. They are not professional!
Just my little old opinion.
You didnt pay much attention to the pevious post; the sx 4 ecu was reflashed and returned to the customer the next day via FEDEX overnight. Fedex managed to lose it. We secured a replacement, and at the customers request sent it with a different carrier, in this case USPS. Customs stoped it, returned to us(for a signature no less!), and we resent it to the customer. He has it now, and is a happy camper. We are working to get reimbursed by FEDEX
Im not quite sure how you equate being profesional with not shipping via USPS. We use FEDEX, UPS, DHL, and USPS on daily basis. We ship upwards of 100 control units a week, and frainkly this is the first time something like this has occured in our history
Also, anyone who tried contacting us; really the best way to get ahold of me is via phone. Most days I am busy on the dyno til 5-6 and dont get near my desk. Call us, we always make the time to talk to customers the old fashion way
