Hi,

I recently bought a 2011 Kizashi SX AWD with already 114 000 km on it. :o

So far, I like it a lot, but there the needs a little bit of TLC. I've already ordered the vinyl BlackOut kit that I should install shortly, but I wonder what to do with the front grill.

Any ideas ?

wooh! That is nasty zoldab! Looks like it's been thru a sandstorm... I'm guessing it could be re-painted but could you get the same effect on it...
How's the rest of the paintwork?

That is in the worst shape of any I have ever seen posted.

Someone posted this link awhile back.

It would be a very expensive option... I think a member made something similar awhile back, but I couldn't find the post.

I'm in Québec actually. I believe that the previous owner was living in the 'country' on unpaved roads...

To answer coco's question, there's a lot of 'stonechips' on the hood ( 15 to 20 is my estimate ) even if it has a deflector. They have been covered with 'touch up', but you can easily see them.

The rest of the paint job is good on the car.

I wonder how much it would cost me for a paint job ( front & gril )
