Knight its actually ice blue, but very close to silver.
Yes! Finally, a member here with that color!
I've written about it before that I really like this color on the Kizashi yet not many members here seem to own one in that color.
Mine is black, but I do like that Ice Blue Metallic.

That photo makes it look silver. It's only in optimal light conditions it looks light blue in photos. I found it hard to find photos that reflect its true color. In real life, you can see the color difference rather well.
Below is a good photo of the Ice Blue Metallic color.

Do I need to go in for the spider recall? Seems like overkill.
Gas milage is only about 26 mi per gallon, 80% highway. How long before I start to see the 30 advertised?
Thanks,
Congrats. If you haven't yet, try zeroing out the mileage (hold button down when you get to it) on sustained 20-30 minute (at least) highway runs.

Perhaps the dealer prepped it with some kind of treatment, or the previous owner had sweaty hands. Either way, the best way to deal with that is dish soap and water, and a microfiber or terrycloth. Be aggressive with the cloth, follow with just water then blot-dry. I love the way a new wheel is dry and grippy, and unfortunately they just get oily with time. I frequently wipe mine down with a damp MF cloth to prevent that.
