Yay or nay?
Anyone here know for sure wether having factory springs compressed "professionally" is legal or not? assuming ride height remains legal of course.

I doubt it's illegal. I cut mine and I haven't had any legality issues. Went through inspection fine as well. Where do you know that compresses springs?
OZ Tyres at Liverpool Sydney offer this sort of service, did u happen to have issue with the stock shocks after you lowered the car?
Was going to buy lowering spring however only has 30mm - 40mm dropped which is not to my liking.

Same issue here. I have H&R lowering springs and they're not cutting in terms of appearance. I cut my stock ones, the ride is less than desired.

Will do! Still on stock struts. Like I said not the most favorable ride, pretty much riding on just bump stops in the front.
