Ridiculous recall

Finally found this pic during a start-up I'd done demonstrating the destructive power of negative pressure...all because some guy didn't follow installation instructions on the silo's venting device. Failure to remove a simple (and small) piece of paperboard packaging:

Yes..this happens a lot. Everything closed on a tank and while pumping out of the tank you create a big vacuum. Pressure difference witH outside gets huge snd tank will implode.
@work i saw this happening with a tanktrailer of a truck and also with one-cubic container which we call IBC's over here :D

Living in a temperate zone without much dust, I'm not too worried about it. Next time I'm under, I'll check for it and clean it with compressed air if it's dirty.
Still amusing to thing about gas-huffing spiders. I wonder if they'll explode if they be livin' in your vent tube?
