114 Days: Pt III (3rd time's a charm)

Anything related to the Kizashi can go here, but please look at the other headings first. Your topic may fit better under something else.

December 23rd was my eighth anniversary with Kizashis.
I parked it that night with 76,021 miles on it, giving me a grand total of 308,038 miles of Kizashi-joy.
That's 38,504 joymiles a year.......

I wonder how long my run of Kizashiness will play out.

So I test-drove a 2014 ATS 2.0TAWD Luxury w/17K on it this morning, and I like my interior better.
Off the list.......

So I parked my Kizashi Dec 31st with 77,033 miles on it. Thought I'd have a reference for 2019.
We'll see what the year brings.

I hope my Kizashi survives, because I'm still unable to imagine what I can afford for its potential replacement.
I mean, the car is such an absolute joy.

And I own it

I'm sure there'll be 'antics' 8-)

I gotta say something about the dealership that services my Kizashi: They're the best.
I called today to schedule an oil change next Wednesday, and the call was utterly seamless.
"No problem, Tim".

Superior, and worth it. Every cent.

Much preferred to the "I don't think so, Tim." which I'm sure you get a lot like I do. (Especially from the Mrs.)

Actually, I rarely hear that.
From my wife, never.

I wear guns.

Last tank Sunoco premium 26.0MPG; very good considering the circumstances.

1/16/19 78,425 had me oil changed.

Went up $10; BFD.

Two notes: This body accumulates snow/slush/ice worse than the GTS body;
regular gas diminishes gas mileage.
