Highlight of the day was: freezing rain with about an inch of light snow on top here in KC. There's an abandoned Sears near me that used to be part of a shopping mall that was torn down with a nice layer of pristine and untreated ice/frozen snow over the entire parking lot. Got to do some sweet, sweet drifting in Kitsune. Cheesy video to come, when I can get it from my buddy that shot the video on his phone.

Plus, I got to do some other light drifting on the streets before the salt and sun turned all the roads in to brown slurry.

Also, filled up Kitsune with 12g of premium Shell Nitro+ gas.

P.S. Man, is it nice to have a car that heats up almost instantly, with auto climate control, and heated seats now... :D

Day 2 of Kitsune vs frozen parking lot. I was a dumb dumb and over estimated Kitsune's drifting abilities while my overweight coworker was in the car... Totally drifted straight into a light pole going like 4 mph and cracked the front bumper.

General FYI to everyone: having less weight in your vehicle greatly improves vehicle handling in icy conditions.

Anyways... Anyone on here have experience/preference with bumper repair kits?

Because of the very high price for this cover even used, I think removing and heating with heat gun to get it into proper shape and then symmetrically stitching the tear with wire ties . Giving it the frankenstein look .

Yeah, I was looking up bumper repair videos on YouTube. I'm not really going for the drifter's stitch look. I think I'm going try and drop the bumper and epoxy the crack. Now I just need it to not be below freezing outside...

The only red SLS/GTS I could find on copart was in Minnesota... Bit out of the way for me.

Worth a look tho.

Finally lost the driver's side headlight, guess I have to stop laughing at all of you guys who have replaced them numerous times. Of course it happened now in the crappy weather. I wanted to convert to HID's or LED's and change the bumper cover to get rid of the orange warts, but that's more of a nice weather job. I'm just going to plug in some better halogens real quick and put off the package upgrade until nicer weather.

Did my first Ice Rally today. Wasn't very competitive though because after the first run I couldn't find grip anywhere. It was a lot of fun and I managed not to break anything, so I guess I can't be too upset about it.
