Speedometer arm light flashing

Hi, sometimes when I start up the rev meter arm light starts to blink and flash. Not a problem but no the speedometer arm light is starting to do the same thing which is worrying. Any ideas on what could be causing this and how to repair?

Try turning up or down the light intensity. That's done by the stalk in the instrument window. See if that changes the pulsing. As for the cause, it may be that the emitter in the instrument display that illuminates the needles are starting to fail.
