There have been too many....

11/26/19 at 110,170 miles mounted my new 215/55 R17 Blizzak WS80 snows, on my 17lb 17x7.5" Enkeis.
Ahhh......
At around 107.6K my friend and I noticed while chatting in his driveway how both my front tires were exposing significant amounts of shredded steel belts from their inner shoulders.
So I went home and swapped on the origina heavyl 17x6.5" alloys with their near-new Goodyear Assurance tires.
Of course, the TPMS was lit until yesterday.
And that 14lb per wheel assembly difference was felt, the car acting more deliberate in all its responses.
But no crashing.
The Eco Waterfall 225/50 R17s performed admirably (never getting rotated or balanced after initial install). Wore them completely bald in front, but I'll be able to remount the rears next season!
Gas mileage suffered a bit from the heavy feet, too, about 2MPG.
Currently running Mobil premium, last tank on the new snows 27.9MPG.
Happy Thanksgiving all!

Today is my ninth anniversary of Kizashi ownership! I've scheduled an oil change (finally) for a present for my current choice.
On December 23rd, 2010, I signed for my brand-new 2011 S AWD. I didn't know how much I'd enjoy driving it.
I do now.
So I'm on my third, and I still love --love-- driving the Kizashi.
I may have to keep one around forever, just to remind me........... 345,860 miles so far...........
